Is there a setup fee?

No. There are no setup fees, onboarding fees or hidden costs. You pay R399/month after your free trial ends — nothing else.

What happens after my free trial?

After 14 days you'll be prompted to subscribe via PayFast. If you choose not to, your account is paused. Your data is kept safe and you can reactivate anytime.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel anytime from your billing settings. No penalties, no minimum term. Your account stays active until the end of the paid period.

Do you charge per booking or per stylist?

No. One flat fee covers unlimited bookings and up to 10 staff members. We don't charge extra for busy months.

Is PayFast the only payment method?

For subscription billing we use PayFast, which supports all major SA payment methods including credit/debit cards and instant EFT.
